One hot summer’s day, Covent Garden was taken over by the Food Network on Fire festival. Celeb chefs such as Andy Bates and Tristan Welch gave food demos and cooking tips surrounded by bustling food stalls.

My first stop was to the Global Fusion Vegan Creole Bakery; so many cakes, breads and cookies I didn’t know where to start

Their banana and chocolate bread were incrediable but with one that stole my heart was the apple crumble bread. Thick crumbly topping sat on a moist, apple filled bread.

After buying a whole loaf I went around gathering every free sample I could find! Proper Popcorn impressed me with their unique flavours
