Indian Street Food the way it should be served and Horn OK Please does not disappoint. Fresh, hot and tasty on the streets of the UK. Featuring a serious vegetarian samosa with a spicy tomato chickpea sauce, tamarind, yogurt and pomegranate garnish providing a twist on the traditional recipe while intensifying the colours, as well as Indian street food classics pani puri and bhel puri made using sev of various sizes and textures, tomato, potato, green and tamarind chutney, fresh coriander and red onions. @Horn_Please
Bel Shapiro set up The Bell & Brisket with the intention of championing the classic, and old fashioned combination of salt beef, pickles & mustard, served street food style. With a menu that respects the traditional delivery of salt beef, but with her own, London twist, Bel is bringing joy and pleasure through beef and pickles that crunch. @brisketbell
In their own words: “Bleecker st. Burger is a NYC style burger joint on wheels. We zoom around the streets (and some kerbs) of london cooking up medium-rare burgers and crispy, salty fries. Look out for the big, black burger truck. We are coming for ya!” You have been warned… @bleeckerburger
Everyone loves a big, bubbling pan of paella. It is the ultimate theatrical street food and draws curious crowds wanting to soak up a bit of the Valenciana vibes. Jamon Jamon are a small and creative food team, dedicated to producing delicious food wherever they are. Their signature dish is traditional Spanish Paella, as engaging to watch being made as it is delicious to eat.
Big Apple Hot Dogs are hand-made in London using only natural casings and quality ingredients, their dogs are 94-98% meat (and gluten-free) so you’ll get none of the nasty bits you’ll find in other sausages. Using free-range pork, prime beef even their buns come fresh from the ovens of their local family bakers. @BigAppleHotDogs
