Bill’s Restaurant summer menu has arrived!
Restaurant chain Bill’s have launched it’s summer menu brimming with scorching starters, grilled meats and fresh salads.
Bill’s is the go to place for a quick lunch or evening of cocktails and dinner, there is something for everyone on the menu.
Wet your appetite with a Raspberry & Rosehip Collins a pink blush summer cocktail, quintessentially British tipple of gin topped with Bill’s pink lemonade and berries and cordial. Or how about a Bills Green Garden bit like a mojito a cooling cocktail made up of gin, elderflower, cucumber and apple juice.
For mains the Gressingham leg of duck is a winner! slow cooked for a crispy bronzed outer skin and succulent rich meat. Accompanied with spring onion croquettes with a watercress, red cabbage, pea, broad bean and basil salad with a dollop of lemon dressing and wasabi mayonnaise. A delightful dish, filling not greasy and most of all delicious.
The lime and coriander chicken dish is oven roasted in their sour spicy marinate then chargrilled. Served with coleslaw, sweet potato fries and smoked chipotle mayonnaise. Could of done with more of a chilli kick but you can’t go wrong with a grilled meat dinner on a summer’s evening. Perfectly cooked fries and a smokey dipping sauce couldn’t get more deelish.
If you have time for pudding then I recommend the treacle tart or warm chocolate brownie. The tart is wholesome, sweet and buttery with a crumbly biscuit base. The added honeycomb icecream and drizzle of golden syrup is cheeky yet devilishly addictive.
A small but mighty brownie oozes rich chocolate goodness, a soft moriesh centre and cracked topped is the perfect brownie.
Summer is almost over for us Brits but head down to Bill’s soon to sample their latest menu offerings and spectacular cocktails.
